Service is available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays) at our standard rate with a one-hour minimum. Emergency service is available as required, after hours and on weekends/holidays at time-and-a-half. Our optimum response time ensures customers that one of our technicians will be on-site within 2 hours of an emergency request. Our normal response time promises our customers that a technician will be on-site within 24 hours of submitting a service request. Depending on the urgency of the incident, we let you determine which Service Level Agreement best suits your needs. As an added benefit to our clients, our technicians are available for telephone support, 24 hours a day, to answer any questions you may have or to help you solve simple programming issues.
